Mark has been working in Martech for the last five years, starting his career at Hootsuite and now serving as a Senior Consultant at Optimizely. During this time, Mark has collaborated with hundreds of companies, gaining a wealth of experience in identifying the inefficiencies within marketing processes. Mark has developed an in-depth understanding of why these inefficiencies occur and, more importantly, how to solve them. At Optimizely, Mark works closely with customers, helping them to identify bottlenecks within their marketing processes. He focuses on challenges such as inefficient workflow management, organizational silos, inadequate reporting structures, and difficulties measuring impact.
